I have been waiting for a delivery from your company all week now. When I speak to one of your employees in India or the Phillipines or wherever, and they tell me/promise me one thing, and then your company does something completely opposite regarding delivery. There is no one accountable at your company for a simple delivery.
I am sick of waiting for hours on end, being on your pathetic 1300 phone line for hours on end (listening, by the way, to your interminably repeating recording of "what a great service your company provides"), and no one at your company knowing what's going on.
The Toll Group should be accountable for its absolute disrespect for its customers, and for its immeasurable incompetence.
When do I get my delivery?
