Great service, Don is very obliging and polite each time he makes a delivery.

Always having to chase delivery as have elderly parents and order inconsistent aides and nutrition items some time it takes up to two weeks to deliver. As they say got yo have enough freight to deliver to my address. If I could I would never recommend or use this company ever.

Ordered from Computer shop in Syd. 2 separate deliveries from 2 drop shipping suppliers. One TNT Express the other Australia Post. The delivery by TNT was in Coffs from Sydney within a day of dispatch and then spent 2 days driving around in the local delivery van/truck. When it was delivered it was crushed but more by good luck than management the contents were Ok..... Meanwhile the second delivery by Australia Post delivered 1/2 a day faster than TNT Express for a cost that was more than Au Post..... The fact that they are still in business suggests that they must get it right more often than not or most others just dont give a stuff?? This review is all my personal opinion and as such your own mileage may vary

All I want is to be able to talk direct to someone at Toll in Coffs!

Got a sorry we missed you card, called up and was supposed to have my delivery redelivered yesterday. Called up last night only to be told that I now have to wait 24hrs to get the Toll Depot in my town to call the people at Toll head office. If I could, I would give you zero stars.
