I must say the service with StarTrack Mackay has been of the first order. I found out that the reason the negative reviews, especially non-collection at designated times, possibly are so prevalent seems to be the lack of communication from the Base HQ. So give a little bit of slack to your local driver. He after all is only the messenger at the coalface doing as he is directed. Thumbs up from me.
