I have sent items 4 times with Who couriers from Mackay to Airlie Beach, I find the prices reasonable and items are delivered on time, I drop my items off at their premises. I would recommend them. Denise

I am highly disgusted in the attitude of the owner and driver of this business. I find it extremely unprofessional to swear at customers who are in the middle of a phone call, and be yelled at because that phone call was ruining her business and she was more important. This was only 1 of the rude experiences that has occurred in the short space of 3weeks. Another was being sworn at due to wanting to check the contents of a pick up prior to it being taken out of dispatch. Continuously having the general public stopping in and asking our company to advise her to be mindful when pulling into our driveway as there have been close to numerous accidents to again be sworn at when raising this issue. As well as the business next door asking her to the same effect. Further discussions with other companies in the area & other regional stores and finding the same feedback is not highly inviting to use this company or recommend them to potential clients.

One of the courier drivers has no understanding for busy employees. They lack any patience for delays completely outside of the dispatching business' control. Waiting for less than 60 seconds while the only available server is taking a call is hardly ruining your run and if it is- you should consider how much you're taking on. Always willing to work with this courier to get our customer's goods to them on time- but the sentiment doesn't seem to be mutual. Appalled.
