I have had the displeasure of dealing with Startrack. No updates provided using the tracking number. When speaking to consultant was advised that no updates would be updated as item hasn't been collected from sender. Spoke to sender who advised package was collected 5 days ago. Spoke to another consultant who advised that it was scanned in Brisbane 4 days ago and that item was still in Brisabne but was scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (day 6). I advised her that if it was going to be out for delivery tomorrow and it was still in Brisbane, we had an issue as its to be delivered approx. 13 - 15hrs north of Brisbane. Placed on hold to see if she could find further updates, after being on hold for 5 minutes, phone was taken off hold and call terminated. Called back a 3rd time to have been told that she can't tell me if it was shipped anywhere over weekend but was given a case number so that this could be investigated. Let's see if tracking gets updated or item is delivered tomorrow.

Can’t talk to a human about my package delivery. Goes to a useless robot. Listed numbers don’t connect only have the hopeless 13 number

After following the link provided and seeing my parcels were on board for delivery at 11am I stayed home ALL day! Waiting... waiting. . Waiting. Then checked link that said unsuccessful delivery! Didn't even come down my street. Yes we are in a new build. Yes we paid alot for our item and for express postage. I've called the number and they have stated it will be attempted again today. Great another day stuck at home with so much to do! Please driver make the effort to actually look for my address!

Extremely slow response in getting my "priority" freight to me despite having had it sitting in the depot all day.
