I have endured personal difficulties and, through self-discovery, holistic healing and with a supportive network, learned how to overcome them. My experiences inspired me to help others realise their own potential through counselling and natural healing therapies. I began my journey by first becoming a reiki healer before acquiring a Diploma of Professional Counselling–majoring in abuse counselling, conflict resolution, child development and effective parenting. With my own wellness hub, my mission is to stand by your side, offering unwavering support and guidance as you carve out the life you've always envisioned. Your journey is my priority, and I'm dedicated to helping you make your dreams a reality.

Our services are tailored towards the ages of 8-25. We have extensive experience in supporting problems children and adolescents are facing including anxiety, depression, autism, intellectual and learning difficulties, peer pressure and bullying, stress, drug and alcohol misuse, trauma, aggression, social relationships, family conflict and challenging behaviours. We are also NDIS registered and provide services to NDIS participants with an intellectual or mental health disability or impairment. Our existence is built on an idea. The solution was Beam - a service built on extensive knowledge in Psychology, Mental Health and wellbeing of children, youth and families. Our first practice opened in July 2016 servicing Newcastle and Lake Macquarie focusing on mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, autism and bullying. Our expert team of Psychologists and Practitioners are passionate, experienced, caring and determined to help children and young people live their best life. Clients can use this time to find reasons for why they are the way they are, and why they may react to certain situations in the way that they do. We are a clinical psychology practice providing compassionate, ethical, evidence-based psychology services for a broad range of issues. Our treatment approaches are individually tailored to help clients develop the tools and resources they need to create positive and lasting change. We offer a range of services including individual therapy, group therapy, psychological and diagnostic assessments for children and adolescents, and clinical supervision. Our services are provided within a professional, warm and confidential setting.

I personally look after clients from first telephone contact to the end of counselling. I still love my profession after 20 years. I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. I am a Medicare, Dept of Veteran Affairs, NDIS, WorkCover provider. Medicare rebates available to clients with a Gp referral. I assist clients tackle problems they face, for example, depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, parenting, relationships and workplace issues. I offer a mobile service to the aged person unable to attend a centre. I provide flexibility and offer after hours appointments for those who work 9 to 5. I also offer a "walk and talk" option for mums and bubs or for those who would like this option.
