My aim is simple: to assist you in managing stress, exploring your inner self, and finding solutions to life's challenges. Through Counselling, Holistic Reiki Therapy Treatments and more, my goal is to provide a haven where your mind and body can find comfort and renewal. At Essy K Counselling & Wellness Hub, I believe everyone can grow and evolve in the direction of their own heart’s desire. I have endured personal difficulties and, through self-discovery, holistic healing and with a supportive network, learned how to overcome them. My experiences inspired me to help others realise their own potential through counselling and natural healing therapies. I began my journey by first becoming a reiki healer before acquiring a Diploma of Professional Counselling–majoring in abuse counselling, conflict resolution, child development and effective parenting. With my own wellness hub, my mission is to stand by your side, offering unwavering support and guidance as you carve out the life you've always envisioned. Your journey is my priority, and I'm dedicated to helping you make your dreams a reality.

Ive tried all kinds of therapy and counselling- but Essy just clicked for me. Her kind heart and empathetic nature make her such a beautiful support person. She has introduced me to Reiki, hypnosis and regular counselling. Her hypnosis work makes you feel super safe, which was a really big concern of mine, but I always feel really comfortable and at home in her office. I highly recommend Essy for anyone struggling to find what works for them- Essy has helped me turn my life around in so many ways ❤️

Ive tried my best to leave a review that truly reflects the great service I have received from Essy K, though Im only given 1000 characters to do so. If you are reading this & youre looking for a counsellor or even just someone to talk to, I strongly & higly recommend Essy K. I refuse to go else where. This beautiful lady is kind hearted, compassionate, professional, understanding with a broad range of knowledge & skills that anyone would want within a counsellor. Essy K has supported me & helped me tremendously over the years especially with mindset, resilience, patience, understanding, problem solving & guiding & forming me into a better version of myself. Moving through grief, 14 year relationship breakdown with 2 daughters, divorce, separation, trial proceedings, plus a few other things I'll leave out. Essy K gave me support, guidance and comfort in my darkest hours, no words can truly make a review to what I have experienced. I'm giving 5 stars because I wasn't able to give more.

I can't recommend Essy K enough. I would make an appointment when I felt like things were getting a bit too much, and I would honestly walk away feeling like a different person. I felt calm, clear and content, which was amazing to feel. Essy is a gorgeous person inside and out. She has such a calming energy, where you immediately feel relaxed in her presence. She is super easy to talk to and can make you feel like you've known her for a long time.....even if you've just met. If you're reading this do yourself a favour and book now!
