Technically I couldn't ask for a better service. However follow up on progress of work on my computer was all one sided by me.Techs are spread very thinly over a number of repair shop locations with closed shop days at various locations extending lack of co Info on what's happening and when ,or if , repairs can be completed . A short communications course for techs covering progress reporting and follow up would pay terrific dividends to what is still a very reliable computer repair and sales business.

Another great service from I mend phones,I had to have a new phone and bought a refurbished one at a very good price.Aaron again so helpful and all data and apps were transferred from my old phone by them.So recommend this company especially to people who are not fully up to date with all the modern technology.
