However follow up on progress of work on my computer was all one sided by me.Techs are spread very thinly over a number of repair shop locations with closed shop days at various locations extending lack of co Info on what's happening and when ,or if , repairs can be completed . A short communications course for techs covering progress reporting and follow up would pay terrific dividends to what is still a very reliable computer repair and sales business.
