Had a dead pixel on my screen that really annoyed me, I came here to get it fixed and paid 500$ up front, I was told the new screen would arrive in a few days, it took weeks. Once it arrived, I dropped my computer off to get fixed, but when I returned I was told my screen hadn't been replaced and they had the wrong screen, I would have to wait a few more days, it took weeks again. When the newer screen arrived, I dropped my computer off again, it looked good when I picked it up but it only took me a few minutes of use to realize there was a new dead pixel in the middle of the screen; far more annoying than my last screen. I was told that one dead pixel, even one in the middle of the screen, was not enough of a reason for any kind of refund or replacement. I understand this may not be the fault of the individuals working here, but the fact still stands that I paid 500$ and wasted more time than was necessary and the problem I walked in here to solve was never solved. Waste of 500$.
