The car wash service is acceptable, howver the staff inside aeem confused with orders. Not busy at the time. I did not get my order as ordered.

This is a great car wash and I have used it for years. They have however started charging a huge 9% credit charge surcharge, which is ridiculously and inappropriatly high. For example if you spend $5 in the manual car wash you pay $5.40 and If you pay $10 it is $10.80. According to the AustralianCCC website, the maximum surcharge (including any service fee) businesses may charge for Visa or Mastercard is 1.0% to 1.5%. That is 6 to 9 times what this business is charging! I will be going elsewhere! I am not sure who owns. I have been told the Von Bibra Auto Group owns it. If so they should know better.

I am pleased to recommend Docs Hand Car Wash on Executive Drive Burleigh Waters I have now been there 3 times since they opened in March 14 and have been pleased with how well they cleaned my car and the service they provided.

Very impressed. The prices are cheap compared to others we have been to. My wife and I took both of our cars and they look like brand new. The staff were really helpful and did a great job of the hand wash. The whole place was very clean and tidy and everything was stocked up. We will 100% be back again thank you.
