The car wash service is acceptable, howver the staff inside aeem confused with orders. Not busy at the time. I did not get my order as ordered.

Hoppy's Handwash Cafe Mermaid WatersThis is a great car wash and I have used it for years. They have however started charging a huge 9% credit charge surcharge, which is ridiculously and inappropriatly high. For example if you spend $5 in the manual car wash you pay $5.40 and If you pay $10 it is $10.80. According to the AustralianCCC website, the maximum surcharge (including any service fee) businesses may charge for Visa or Mastercard is 1.0% to 1.5%. That is 6 to 9 times what this business is charging! I will be going elsewhere! I am not sure who owns. I have been told the Von Bibra Auto Group owns it. If so they should know better.
