Literally one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The guys were friendly and not condescending in the slightest (even when I asked stupid questions) and even explained what I should do next. I cannot recommend enough, so incredible to find such amazing customer service so close by. I was treated with compassion, respect and professionalism, and If I could give 6/5 stars I would, thank you again for everything!!”

Gibbo's Auto Electrics & Air Conditioning ServicesI recently had House of Soundz repair a reverse camera that was another company's poor install. That company was based in Sydney but had HOS repair it here because I was a local resident. I can't speak highly enough for their professionalism, knowledge and workmanship. They are good local Newcastle company. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
