Eastside Pilates hosts a range of classes such as Pilates, Powerliving Yoga, TaKeTiNa and X-fit. Taught by Debi, Megan and Aron, Pilates improves your mental and physical well being, increases flexibility and strengthens muscles. TaKeTiNa is a gentle and powerful moving meditation process that uses the universal language of music to heal and transform us.
