We are one of the go-to cafes in Alice Springs that evokes an artsy vibe with our recycled and up-cycled environment theme and rustic décor and setting. Watertank Café offers an organic home-grown approach to cooking and menu, serving fresh herbs and vegetables straight from our own garden. Our more than 15 employees have over 10 years of combined experience in serving great food. We are happy to serve breakfast and lunch, including gluten-free and dairy-free meals. In addition, we can cater to all dietary requirements, as well as provide catering services.

Been going to the Watertank for years, seen changes in ownership (bye Lynn) but same great food n drinks n staff (hi Fran), YUMMY Scrambies..... easy parking, great atmosphere

What a surprise find in the suburbs of Alice Springs. Quirky decorations, Fran (waitress) is very friendly & welcoming & she is a fellow Novocastrian! Food was delicious and coffee great too. It’s a must visit.
