About Eastside Pilates Studio & Cafe

Eastside Pilates hosts a range of classes such as Pilates, Powerliving Yoga, TaKeTiNa and X-fit. Taught by Debi, Megan and Aron, Pilates improves your mental and physical well being, increases flexibility and strengthens muscles. Pilates uses controlled movements in the form of mat exercises to tone and strengthen the body. Originally used to rehabilitate bed ridden or immobilized patients, it strengthens the body's core, to create better posture and less prone to injury. Powerliving Yoga, was devised by Baron Baptiste, it is a flowing yoga, using meditation in movement. Classes are taught by Debi. X-Fit comprises of Pilates and Fit Ball, mothers and babies are welcome to this class, but it is open to everybody. (Also taught by Debi). TaKeTiNa is a gentle and powerful moving meditation process that uses the universal language of music to heal and transform us. No prior experience is needed and participants are invited to go at their own pace. This class is taught by Be. For more information go to our website. Class Timetable: Monday: Pilates 6:00pm-7:00pm Tuesday: Pilates 6:00pm-7:00pm TaKeTiNa 7:20pm-9:00pm Wednesday: Pilates 9:00am- 10:00am Yoga 6:00pm-7:00pm Thursday: Pilates 6:00pm-7:00pm Friday: X-fit 9:00am- 10:00am Saturday: Pilates 10:00am-11:00am Sunday: Pilates 10:00am-11:00am Attached to the studio, Eastside Pilates Cafe offers an all day breakfast, like bacon and scrambled eggs on toast; tasty snacks, such as muffins or energy balls; and light lunchtime meals, such as toasted sandwiches or smashed avocado on pumpkin bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. There is also a range of drinks from organic coffee to fresh juice, fresh fruit smoothies and milkshakes. The cafe offers a variety of gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, and lactose free options. Eastside Pilates Cafe Opening Hours: Monday: 7:00am-2:00pm Friday: 7:00am-2:00pm Saturday: 7:00am-3:00pm Sunday: 8:00am-2:00pm The Studio also offers Myotherapy, and Young Living Essential Oil range of Massages, and Acupuncture with qualified Acupuncturist Marie-Claude, who has an Advanced Diploma in Acupuncture and is a registered member of the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia.

Great food, great coffee and the chai tea with milk is wonderful. Weekends it's the best place to be.
