I followed Melanie on Instagram & Facebook for 12 months before calling to meet her. Over that time I saw that her advice, routines and information was consistently the same, insightful and never gimmicky. Meeting Mel and setting up a Personal Training plan with Coaching for Nutrition has been a real game changing time for me. After many hit & miss experiences with various training / exercise classes, I’m so pleased to finally have someone in my corner who has taken time to get to know me, knows what they are doing, knows what I actually need and encourages me with her valuable knowledge and insight.
