I would like to tell management that this morning I had a very positive experience with East Coast Air. The technician Josh arrived right on time at 7.30am and was able to fix the damage a mouse had done to the internals of the air conditioner. My experience with Alpine was amazing! My Chiq fridge, purchased via Appliances Online, was not working properly after only 10 months, so I was referred to Alpine to book a technician. This process only took 2 days from my first phone call to the technician attending - which, considering how close to Xmas it is, was absolutely incredible! The customer service throughout the process was second to none and the technician, Will, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He even confirmed some warranty details on my fridge which I was not aware of previously. An exceptionally competent job was done for me today by Kerry and his team installing a powerful Daikin split system in my house at Gorokan. The job involved installation of outside unit at a height on galvanised bracket and the electrical connection to the power box was some distance away. I contracted Entire Trades for a disconnect/Reconnect of my power lines to allow scaffolding for painting.
