Kane and his team were amazing! From the moment I contacted Kane to have two split systems installed, and one removed totally, the service was exceptional. From prompt replies to my enquiries to the professional and courteous service provided by the team, I can’t fault anything. My work was quoted and completed within three weeks, all rubbish removed from site, and the areas vacuumed. One of the new units was installed upstairs with the outside unit suspended discreetly on the second floor outside wall. Kane ensured the units were working well before he left, and even quickly serviced another unit I have. I will always use Kane and his team for my air conditioning needs in the future and highly recommend them to everyone. Oh, and the price? You’ll struggle to find a better price, I know I did!

Service from quote to delivery was seamless! Kane provided a competitive quote & was able to order and install my ducted system within a short turnaround. He is professional and knowledgeable. We went with the addition of the Airtouch 5 system and it is amazing.

A big shout out to Cane. Thank you so much for your knowledge and experience with installing our ducted system. We are over the moon. All working well. And I must say it was a tricky job to to install on a tutor style home, but with Cane's expertise we were able to have ducted installed. Truly a cut above the rest. Kane installed a 16kw Daiken under floor unit and two split systems. He was very quick with giving us a quote and organising installation. The install was flawless despite some challenges due to our house design. He was very good with suggestions especially around using smart units and integration with wifi/Google. I would highly recommend KR after having quite a few quotes from other installers.

From the moment I enquired about an air-conditioner split system I have had nothing but professional service. Kane showed up on time for the quote, suggested great ideas and nothing was a problem his happy attitude is refreshing for a young businman. My job was completed today with a no fuss attitude even though he was short staffed. My air-conditioning unit is fantastic and I would highly recommend Kane 👌

100% recommend, I’ve used KR air twice now, does a great job, goes above and beyond. Even squeezed a job in for me last minute on a late evening as I had relatives showing up the next morning and needed an aircon for the guest room. Kanes a life saver ! Recommend if you want honest and reliable service.

Kane provided us a quote to install a couple of air conditioners, he come out when he said he would and was lovely and polite. After coming across some financial issues we decided we couldn’t get this installed right now, Kane worked with us and we were delighted, him and his team came in to install on time, he let us know the process each step of the way, and left the house clean and tidy,a really lovely team, highly recommend them.
