Because David understands �the whole picture' and applies holistically, his students are able to apply his wisdom in a way that works for them. His knowledge has come from long exposure to the health and fitness industry. He dwells within a privileged circle of leaders, and has a multitude of professional coaches and athletes to tutor him over the years David Bergwerf is a genuine, enthusiastic and driven athlete with an affable presence.
