Many of them have let themselves go, either because they've gotten older, or because they've spent a lot of time caring for others and not for themselves. The first step in lifestyle rehabilitation is to start really caring for yourself. We have many ways to help you do that. Lots of our clients start with simple exercise programs like water therapy to help them get moving again in a safe, pain-free environment. This might be followed by adjustments to their diet to improve their gut and emotional health, relaxation classes to reduce stress and personal counselling sessions called, "Talk Time", to give them an opportunity to talk about any unresolved issues.
