Her journey began over 15 years ago when she was diagnosed with scoliosis and spinal arthritis. After trialling myriad therapies, Kerryn discovered Pilates had helped provide relief from her chronic pain. With consistent, regular practice she regained movement in her spine, increased her strength and found a way to sustain a healthy weight.
