The Young Diggers Dog Squad is helping to rehabilitate returned military service men and women who have suffered the mental and physical trauma of war, by training their own assistance dogs. At Young Diggers Cameron works with the veterans and their dogs and teaches them to become certified as handlers and assistance dogs. As well as educating people about dog behaviour Cam is also passionate about the importance of a healthy diet and its role in the physical and mental health of your dog. He's happy to offer advice about this to his clients. Cam is a deaf dog specialist and has developed a program for dog owners to better understand their deaf dog, including communication and training with hand signals.
