About Bundall

Established by Edmund Henry Price in 1862, Bundall’s name hailed from the Aboriginal word for a type of prickly vine that was in the area. A number of major landmarks from the Gold Coast area are found in Bundall, and these include: The City Council Chambers and the Arts Centre Gold Coast. The annual Magic Millions Carnival is held at the gold Coast Turf Club ever year. The area has popular waterfront properties that line the network of manmade canals. The houses around the area are just a few minutes away from the business district. Bundall is also the home of Queensland’s sole team in the Australian Ice Hockey League. Their turf may be found on the Bundall Iceland Ice Rink right across town.
