Terrible store they are useless! Rude staff don’t even try to help you solve a problem go somewhere else

Disgusting service. Refused to serve me without an hour wait and a booking for a simple sim replacement despite having 2 free staff in the store doing nothing at all, while waiting for a customer with a booked appointment to arrive. Two free staff were unoccupied for over 20 minutes and refused to serve me while they were doing nothing. Appalling service! Disgusting!

My husband and I went to nNorth Lakes Telstra, the customer service was disgusting. My husband only wanted to top up his pre paid account and was told he would have to wait an HOUR, after half an hour of watching two staff members behind the desk doing nothing. I asked the greeter how much longer it would be, his reply was “ I told you it was a long wait, and it will be some time yet”, when I asked him why the staff at the desk couldn’t help us he said “ there are plenty of other places you can go “. We have been Telstra costumers for years, what has happened to your customer service. 😡
