My husband and I went to nNorth Lakes Telstra, the customer service was disgusting. My husband only wanted to top up his pre paid account and was told he would have to wait an HOUR, after half an hour of watching two staff members behind the desk doing nothing. I asked the greeter how much longer it would be, his reply was “ I told you it was a long wait, and it will be some time yet”, when I asked him why the staff at the desk couldn’t help us he said “ there are plenty of other places you can go “. We have been Telstra costumers for years, what has happened to your customer service. 😡
What was meant to be a simple screen repair for an iPhone has become a nightmare. Phone is no longer usable and was only meant to have a screen replaced. Repairer became aggressive and rude when we went in for a full refund which he had promised on another review yet had no intention of honouring and only said that to look like he was trying to help and be nice after destroying my daughter's phone.
Was told by genuine repairer that not only was their work subpar but some of the worst they've seen. Don't waste your money here. It'll cost you more in the end.
