I had been visiting Butcher on Bundock to purchase meat for past few weeks and had become a regular shopper at their at store, spending between $150 to $200 in a week. In all instances I have had positive experiences and as recent as Saturday 14 March 2020, I had the meat boned/diced by the staff for free and this has always been the case with any butcher in Townsville. Today I was surprised firstly by the attitude of a particular staff member when I asked him to bone it as he was very reluctant to do it for me and secondly he advised he will charge me $10 for each leg of lamb, the owner lost the $60 sale from me and I will not be going there in future. So no more repeat business from me. Amazingly I was the only customer at the time

Just tried this place for the first time and I must say I was super impressed! The quality of the meat and the size of the cuts are simply outstanding. Found the staff to be very polite as well:)

Absolutely my most favorite butcher in Townsville. Has the most amazing juicy rib fillets, to the most fantastic flavorsome lamb and tasty rissoles. Across the board, the quality is without a doubt top shelf. Staff are always genuinely friendly and so helpful. I can't speak highly enough of these guys. Get down there and tell em Al sent you! (Just kidding, don't do that) Just go! You'll be glad you did!
