The owner was very rude and dismissive. I Booked online showing a cost of 75, I put 15 deposit down, then after the appointment I went to pay and was charged 10% more because of being a Sunday. I tried to explain to owner that the online booking did not explain this and she abruptly said yes it does, it’s Sunday you pay more!!! I said again this is not stated on the booking process, she swished her hand at me dismissing my complaint and walked away. The way the owner treated me was extremely disrespectful and the hair cut was mediocre. I went through the website booking process again took screen shots and as you can see it does NOT show a surcharge for Sunday. If you are looking for good customer service and to be treated with respect DON’T go here.
