Terrible experience. I brought in my iPhone 12 Pro for a simple screen fix, but ended up waiting hours as the technician struggled, even resorting to YouTube tutorials. After the lengthy wait, my phone was in even worse condition. The screen was more damaged, and the LCD and face ID scanner were broken. The phone was left unusable. I ended up going to a nearby competitor who fixed the screen in 10 minutes, but the lady at Star Phones broke the FaceID when she removed the screen.
