Sony was very helpful and professional in the way he replaced the glass on my wife’s phone cleaned the dust out of my cable input and ordered the cover that I required, he has a great range of accessories to suit all phones and I highly recommend him for all phone repairs replacements and accessories.

My husband and I are over 60, totally not tech savvy and visited Jarrod at Optus store Dapto after visiting Telstra store, which was an utter waste of time, to get some help and advice on new phones and plans. The service we received was amazing. Jarrods patience, understanding attitude and service was second to none. I must also mention the store manager Zowie, so supportive of her staff and helpful.
