When I first called this company everything sounded perfect,how wrong I was. Had to wait 2 weeks for them to come out Firstly charged a callout fee of $165:for the 5 minutes it took the repairman to diagnose the problem then they are charging another $150 to fit a replacement part and was told to that's the way it is This put the cost of the job at $600 to supply and fit a pcb and receiver in a split air-conditioner I would not recommend this company to anyone

Our pricing is transparent, and you were advised of the call out fee before we attended. This fee covers not just time on-site but also travel, diagnostic expertise, and administrative work, including the preparing the quote. Diagnosing faults quickly is not a reflection of a lack of effort, but rather a testament to our teams skill, training and experience.

I can not recommend these guys more highly if I tried. We had multiple people look at our broken A/C. Was charged for repairs which didn't work, quoted astronomical prices for repairs which may not work. Ian walked in and within minutes he had diagnosed the actual fault and ordered the parts. In just over a week we had air con again after 3 months of stuff arounds with other companies. He saved us over $1,500 by knowing his stuff. I will never go anywhere else now.
