Very Professional team, helped me over the phone as well as when they came to my house, I highly recommend them. Another company told me that my PCB and fan motor was not working and needed replacing. Parts no longer available so tried to sell me a new unit. Pinnacle came out and did a deep clean on my Split system and adjusted to motor inside the unit and it works like new.

I can not recommend these guys more highly if I tried. We had multiple people look at our broken A/C. Was charged for repairs which didn't work, quoted astronomical prices for repairs which may not work. Ian walked in and within minutes he had diagnosed the actual fault and ordered the parts. In just over a week we had air con again after 3 months of stuff arounds with other companies. He saved us over $1,500 by knowing his stuff. I will never go anywhere else now.
