Took my Seiko watch to get a new battery. The fellow broke a spring in it. He said he would order a a new part, that it would be fixed within a week & he would contact me. I had to contact him. It took over 3 months before I got my watch back as the part had to come from Japan! Worst service ever.

Asked at 10.30am for some stitching to repair a bag and was told it would be completed tomorrow. When I explained it was for my elderly mother (who is unable to call up to collect it) was told that they were ‘too busy’ to do today. So I sat at The Coffee Club and observed the kiosk working texting on his phone and leaning against the counter for the next 30 minutes - and served one customer a key cut. Really poor attitude, really poor customer service … just really poor

Had a pair of shoes (moccasins) where the stitching had come adrift. The shoes are so comfortable I had to have them repaired. I think the repair job was more than the shoes cost. They had to be repaired by hand. All the young people who work there are so nice, so pleasant and really normal, they don't ask you, will that be all today. Highly recommend every facet of my experience. The kids, the workmanship, the whole thing. A BIG FIVE STARS to them all.
