Mark's Mobile Mechanics

Took our work vehicle in for a full service due to some minor issues with a turbo hose, a week later the vehicle is back in another mechanic shop due to it breaking down, after a look over it was found to be a DPF filter that should have been replaced or even mentioned to us as we even got charged for a code reset which would have picked up the issue! I tried to call these people but was told I will receive a call back.If you provide a customer with a service & charge like you did for it, the job should be done properly, first year apprentice stuff right here, wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone..

I rang for a quote, had a great experience with an employee. I later rang back to clarify some information further, employee was not on site. I was offered a call back the next day. 5 minutes after I ended the call, the owner made time to call me and tell me that I already had a quoted price and had spent too much time talking with his employee and that I should work with what I had. I never recieved the price, it would have to be the rudest and worst customer experience I've experienced in a while. Such a shame that he could make time to be rude but not the time to provide basic customer service. I will never use this mechanic. Completely blown away by this, very confused by that behaviour considering I have no prior history with this with this business.
