Saw the nurse who was extremely rude and lacked empathy. No one was being rude to her and simply asked her a question and she snapped. Very disappointing behaviour to treat people who are perhaps a bit scared!

Dr Toula Gordillo is the clinical psychologist at this practice. I have been to other practitioners before only to hear the usual do this ...do that.....Bla Bla. When I saw my GP for a new mental health plan, Dr Gordillo came highly recommended. I understand why. I found her holistic approach with using mythical stories to explain mental health was very helpful and the staff had excellent service. Her counselling is a unique approach that worked perfectly for me. The receptionist (Janelle) was also very friendly and helpful.

I like Kawana Waters 7 Days Medical Facilities. I'd most certainly recommend anyone who is looking for high standard Medical Centre to book an appointment with Kawana Waters Medical Centre

Great staff with amazing hours. Janelle (receptionist) and Katrina (nurse) are so welcoming and supportive. They went out of the way to be helpful. Great service all round and being open to 9 p.m. on weekdays is a massive plus. Thank you!!
