Ordered Xmas bauble in August - couldn’t select font on website so emailed, she acknowledged then sent different font anyway.
Never got tracking details for new bauble. Mid November she advised website closure & wasn’t sure if would open until after Christmas. As she was ignoring my requests for tracking details for new bauble I put in a new order as I definitely still wanted one for my new baby. January she refunded the poorly made one which took a bad review to get a refund. I gave her a month so now end of Feb & I’m still waiting on both baubles however the one I ordered & have tracking for she removed from Australia Posts system as I had to follow it up with them for her.
I requested a refund for just the shipping of the bauble, left it a week & was still being ignored. I then requested a refund on the whole order, left it a couple of days & she continues to ignore me so here’s my second bad review of this business with more details included on my Facebook review.
