Thank you so much to Alstonville Florist. We’re not able to travel up from Victoria to be with our family for the passing of our beloved grandmother due to Covid-19 restrictions. The flowers delivered to our family are stunning. Such a good website with many choices. We ordered the flowers at 1pm and they were delivered at 4pm to Ballina. Great website. I highly recommend Jen & the Team at Haven Botanical. Ordering products from a florist over the phone could have been a daunting process, wanting something special for a special family and occasion, but it was made "easy" because the interaction with Jen & the Team was not only completely professional, but helpful, friendly, courteous and patient with my various questions and accommodated my request (to provide a different pot for the chosen plant which required repotting), always with a "can do" attitude, nothing was "too hard".
