They guys here managed to fit me in just before they knocked off for Christmas, I messed my tyre and wheel hub up pretty bad on the way in to port macquarie,they were already flat out, they fixed me up and now Im not immobile this Christmas time. You guys are the best.

Going to a tyre place is often because your tyres are worn out or you've had a puncture. Neither is what you really want. Both have happened to me and I've always been very pleased with the service and attention given to me at JAX.

Although the product and work carried out by these guys is satisfactory, the attitude and service provided by the front desk staff is disgraceful. To be told that your vehicle will be ready in half an hour and then left waiting for over an hour and a half without even being acknowledged is unacceptable.

I don't usually leave reviews, but considering I always read them prior to going to a new business I thought I'd share my experience as others may be able to get some different insight into the business as well. I went in to JAX Tyres at Port Macquarie for a puncture repair and the staff were very friendly and professional. I decided to wait with my son while my tyre got repaired. The waiting area was clean and tidy and the repair was done quickly. The guy at the desk even gave my son a key ring to put on his school bag because he was so well behaved. Overall a positive experience! Highly recommended!
