I took my iPhone 12 into the store thinking I needed a new battery as the phone was getting hot and the battery was draining quickly. Rather than just selling me the battery they ran some diagnostics and provided advice about how to fix the issue. Very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely return.

I want to recommend Dave from I Love Computers. This guy is really good when dealing with novice users. He gave me options, explained what he was doing and answered my questions, allowing me to follow what he was doing during the house call. Later, when an issue arose, he coached me over the phone to correct it. I feel really positive about my interactions with this company and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again as the call out fee was great value and I learnt heaps, gaining more confidence in navigating around and rectifying problems in my Apple i-Max.

Amazing service, in particular Josh. I purchased an IPhone and they efficiently transferred all the data from my Samsung. I then purchased a new IPad and Josh transferred all info from my old IPad. Had a problem with my email account, again Josh worked out the problem and I was able to access my mail. Would highly recommend this business .

Outstanding service was served by Nick who opened the store early for me today. Explained my daughter was in year 12 and needed the repair done straight away. He had the job finished by lunch time. Honest reliable, Ill be back again !!!
