Rather than just selling me the battery they ran some diagnostics and provided advice about how to fix the issue. Very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely return.”

Technically I couldn't ask for a better service. However follow up on progress of work on my computer was all one sided by me.Techs are spread very thinly over a number of repair shop locations with closed shop days at various locations extending lack of co Info on what's happening and when ,or if , repairs can be completed . A short communications course for techs covering progress reporting and follow up would pay terrific dividends to what is still a very reliable computer repair and sales business.
