Fitness Resolutions is a Personal Training Business specialising in Outdoor Boot Camps and Fitness Training on the Sunshine Coast. Our Sessions are available for everybody! From the absolute beginner through to the elite athlete. I was in the Australian army for 6 years and deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan where I became very mentally and physically fit.
