Extremely unprofessional. Just a few highlights of our meeting today; Estate Plaza Staff members partner threatened a property owner. Name calling and spearing by Estate Plaza Staff to attendees of the Body Corporate meeting. Estate plaza staff not able to be asked questions on their processes when compared to another body corporate manager company such as process for following up on ownership arrears 'they advised they do not do this unless the arrears are over $4000 and only after direction from the body corporate owners'. Estate Plaza staff storming out of the meeting. Needless to say Estate Plaza body corporate mangement has now been terminated and we walked across the road to engage another management company.

So I'd been hit by some very hard times and had fallen short on keeping up to date with my bodycorp fees. Now I was at a point where I could catch up, so I tried to negotiate paying what I could on my bodycorp fees with this company, they refused and wanted more, I didn't have more & told them that, I explained my suggested payments would catch me up in 6 months. They refused & decided they would do everything they could to make my life much harder by adding more fees and costs instead, in which I had explained to them, if they add money to it, it will take me longer to pay it off. They didn't care, they just wanted to make my life more of a misery. Between being non negotiable, not replying to requests or questions if you go with these guys for your bodycorp management, don't ever fall on tough times because they will kick you when you are down and then keep kicking.

A fantastic company to deal with on investment properties, and management. They are always on the ball with everything, very professional, experienced, friendly and polite, i wouldn't want to deal with anyone else.

Would recommend Estate plaza body corp to anyone for property management. They are very professional and so easy to deal with. Great communication and are always on top of everything. They make everything stress free to their customers.
