One of the most unprofessional real estate agents in Mackay who have the most incompetent property managers in the industry that have no regard for the landlord. Discussions had with the office principle Garry Tweddle to resolve ongoing poor service and incompetence of his management team held little or no importance. All negative online feedback reviews for this office are replied to in the same way - send a private email to the owner who has no ability to manage his business. His professional advice to me on a phone call was "all property agents are the same if not worse - so its better to stay with the devil you know". I would suggest there are plenty of other agents to choose from in Mackay so give them a go.

Friendly team of professionals, great property management and bargaining skills and experience. Would have my recommendation to anyone for property management / leasing and sales.

Constantly lapsed tenancy agreements, property not maintained by tenants and not followed up by agency. We are so over it- we are selling our property. It is not worth the heartache. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere- we have tried to work with these guys but they lack the care and professionalism you need in a rental agency.

Apparently I applied for a rental property too early so they sat on my application until I rang to see how it was going. No one had applied before me but then as they didn't process my application they gave it to someone else. Absolutely disgusted!
