Yep, more water time, the customer service email networkcustomerservice@ergon.com.au Is not recognised by the server or not accepting emails! Last option, I went to the Energy Queensland website and tried to call Ergon office at 420 Flinders Street in Townsville. 1800808374 is the number provided. This is a MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE number. Another taxpayer funded bureaucratic mess…Qld government 🫶
