What are your mandatory training and competency requirements?
C4U have required competencies to be completed by personnel each year including infection control, CPR, fire safety, OH&S, elder abuse to name a few. We also provide many other training courses to our personnel, including interactive workshops.
What training have your AINs had?
Our criteria when screening candidates is 6 months minimum paid experience for AINS or 2nd year nursing student who has completed a minimum of 2 clinical placements � 1 must have been in Aged Care.
