A wonderful caring, clean and well organised facility. The manager (Rino), his direct team, the carers and nurses are treating the residents with respect and consideration. Dr Toula Gordillo is the clinical psychologist at this practice. I have been to other practitioners before only to hear the usual do this ...do that.....Bla Bla. When I saw my GP for a new mental health plan, Dr Gordillo came highly recommended. I understand why. I found her holistic approach with using mythical stories to explain mental health was very helpful and the staff had excellent service. Her counselling is a unique approach that worked perfectly for me. The receptionist (Janelle) was also very friendly and helpful.

We have seen about 5 doctors at this practice and each and every one of them I have been pleased with. I can't thank them enough for their thorough explanation of conditions, honest opinions and alternative treatment plans. It is so refreshing to be talking with doctors who give genuine and heartfelt advice without patronising their clients.
