Sharon is amazing! She is an amazing instructor who has lifted everyone's confidence over the lessons! I have been in this great fitness group for over 2 years now and I can now hang from a pole with just one leg and I started out without body strength! I totally recommend this group!

You learn so much about your self confidence, you meet new people and you can do amazing tricks in Sharon's classes! She is very understanding and beautiful and her classes are cheaper than the others. Her schedules are very reasonable too.

I highly recommend Border PoleFit! Sharon is a fabulous teacher and I am finding my new fit after just joining this marvellous group of ladies who are all very uplifting!
