“Sharon is amazing! She is an amazing instructor who has lifted everyone's confidence over the lessons! I have been in this great fitness group for over 2 years now and I can now hang from a pole with just one leg and I started out without body strength! I totally recommend this group!”

Our Gym is full of the Border's Friendliest Fitness Members which makes training much easier because it's an enjoyable experience. We have 2 Facilities that members can access located at 6 Chisholm Crt and 157 High St Wodonga. We run 8-10 Group Fitness Sessions most days and also have 24 hour gym access every day of the week.
