What should I expect at the trainer trial session and what does this cost?
The cost of the trial session is discounted to $30. During your trial session we will ask you questions and assess what your desired outcome will be, should you decide to take up the program. We will then create a personalized program based on what you have told us and noted in your client information form.
How many trainer sessions do I need to do to see results?
Many women start to see results after just 3-6 sessions, however we do recommend a minimum of 12-36 sessions to reach your desired results.
