All classes are 50 minutes in duration and are tailored to the client's abilities, preferences and goals at the time of the session. Our classes can be either therapeutic or athletic in nature depending on the goals of you as the client. We will create a customised session for you to achieve your fitness goals, whether you would like to run better, improve your golf swing, enhance your flexibility or build your core strength. I love this place and what it has brought to my life! Dance is my favourite form of exercise, and one day I found Kelli and the Kbod studio. I never felt on the outer because of my age as Kelli ensures that everyone feels included from day one. Her positive, happy outlook; funky dance routines; and energy create the perfect atmosphere to leave class feeling uplifted and energised both physically and mentally. Meeting new friends has been the unexpected bonus.

I began with complaints of lethargy and muscle loss and ended up feeling amazing and so much stronger after only about 8 weeks! We had laughs at the same time. I’ve completely changed my perception on fitness after many many years of abstinence. And thanks to Christian, I will carry on with Pilates training when I move to NY now.
